Dave Rainer is the Executive Chairman for California Bank of Commerce (CBC) and California Bancorp (BCAL). Prior to the merger with CBC, Dave served as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Southern California.

Steve Shelton is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of California Bank of Commerce (CBC) and California BanCorp (BCAL). His extended career in banking as well as his broad and deep banking industry and bank regulatory experience are important attributes that support our Board with respect to its operations, strategy, financial condition and competitive position.

Rich Hernandez is the President of California Bank of Commerce (CBC) and brings more than 24 years of industry experience to the California Market.

Tom Dolan is the Chief Strategy Officer of California Bank of Commerce (CBC). He brings 40 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership in highly entrepreneurial, growth-oriented financial institutions.
