The Treasury Management Business Analyst is responsible for managing new and existing Treasury Management product implementations. This individual is responsible for managing and maintaining current and new releases of the Bank’s online banking environment. The role includes providing expert support for all online banking products and services while focusing on client satisfaction, quality delivery of service along with technical excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for managing new product testing in both certification and production environments;
  • Responsible for managing release testing and deployment in both certification and production environments;
  • Provide level 2 remote desktop support, systems administration and intermediate to advanced systems engineering support with a focus on: Client satisfaction; delivering quality service; technical excellence;
  • Provide subject matter expertise in complex treasury management implementation client engagements;
  • Test and troubleshoot file formats, payment scenarios, and other client requirements;
  • Read and interpret banking, accounting, and payment specification documents;
  • Identify process, systems, or content gaps in an implementation and make recommendations on how to meet client needs;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or a related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience;
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of Treasury Management/Banking experience;
  • Three (3) or more years of experience with troubleshooting and providing remote support;
  • Understanding and expertise in ACH, Wires, FX and other traditional payment types;
  • Deep technical knowledge and/or aptitude to quickly learn and master new concepts;
