The operations portion of the Loan Servicing Department processes the loans based on documentation received per client. The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for technical knowledge, proficiency and productivity in the Loan Servicing Department ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed and service standards are achieved. This position is responsible for accurately boarding the loans, wire processing, loan funding, general ledger reconciliation, and balancing of invoices.

 Essential Functions

  • Input/board loans to the DNA loan accounting system
  • Maintain loan documentation files; index files into nCino, the electronic file system
  • Process/monitor loan payments, payoffs and adjustment to include participation loans
  • Provide quality assurance over loan documentation, collateral perfection, UCC filings, and insurance tracking
  • Tickler maintenance and follow-up
  • Management of electronic vehicle titles through Vintek
  • Reconcile various loan servicing general ledger account, clear exceptions and resolve issues
  • Provided proactive support to lenders, departments and branch staff
  • Capable of backing up and supporting all aspects of the department

  • Minimum of 2 years loan servicing experience with strong awareness of banking fundamentals
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe.
  • Experience with DNA, nCino and Vintek preferred
