Lafayette, California, California Bank of Commerce (OTCBB: CABC), a unique business bank serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area, announced Franklin E. Haggas has joined the Bank as Vice President and Relationship Manager. Mr. Haggas will be responsible for developing and managing middle-market business relationships in the greater Bay Area.
Mr. Haggas brings over a decade of business banking, relationship management, and business development experience to the Bank. Most recently, Mr. Haggas was a Vice President and Senior Business Relationship Manager at HSBC, where he was responsible for a portfolio of middle market business clients, providing credit, cash management, and trade finance solutions. Prior to HSBC, Mr. Haggas was a Vice President and Client Manager at U.S. Bank, where he focused on providing his clients with C&I, CRE and equipment financing solutions.
Mr. Haggas also serves as a board member of TMC Development Working Solutions, a business micro-lender providing the resources, capital, and technical assistance to help underserved small businesses flourish here in the SF Bay Area. Mr. Haggas is a graduate of San Jose State University where he was the Student Body President in 2000-2001 and skipper of the SJSU sailing team.
