Temporary Building Access for Branch Locations

To our valued Clients, due to COVID-19 restrictions, building access to our branch locations is limited. We are working with the building management to make building access as easy and safe as possible, however when arriving at either branch location, please call our branch staff so we can promptly arrange entry for you.

Parking Access for Branch Locations

Our building is located on Oak Road, directly across from the Pleasant Hill Bart Station and next door to the Embassy Suites Hotel:

The parking garage has two entrances:

  1. Heading north on Oak Road from Treat Boulevard, there is a stop light in front of the buildings. Take a left at the stop light, and head straight down the parking ramp between the Embassy Suites and our building. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right to enter our parking lot (straight ahead is the Treat Towers building and to the left is Embassy Suites).
  2. The 2nd entrance is on Wayne Drive, to the north side of the building. Please look for the “2999 Oak” sign for our garage.

CBC has four reserved Visitor parking spaces on the entry level (Lower Level) of the garage. After entering the garage, you will arrive at a stop sign near the elevators. Turn right at the sign, and our spaces will be on the left. They are marked with green and white “Reserved Parking” signs on the wall, and “CBC Visitor” painted on the ground. In addition, you can park in any non-reserved spot in the garage (5 floors), and there is additional general building Visitor parking on level P1 (one floor up from Lower Level).

Access to the building is from the P1 level. From the elevators or stairwell, the building is straight across the courtyard!

Our building is located on West San Carlos Street, directly across from Discovery Meadow and behind San Jose Center for the Performing Arts:

The parking garage has one entrance:

Parking garage name: River Park Parking, located on Woz Way (between West San Carlos Street and Park Avenue).

  1. If exiting CA-87 North, take exit 6 using the right lane toward San Carlos St/Auzerais Avenue. Take a left at the stop light, and head straight down Woz Way. You will arrive at a stop light at the intersection of Woz Way and West San Carlos Street, continue straight after the light and the parking entrance will be to your right.
  2. If exiting CA-87 South, take exit 6A for Park Avenue/San Carlos Street. Use the middle lane to turn left at the light, onto Park Avenue. You will make an immediate right at the next stop light onto Woz Way. Parking garage entrance will be to the left.

CBC has two reserved Visitor parking spaces on the entry level (Lower Level) of the garage. After entering the garage through the visitors point, rather than driving forward, you will make an immediate right. Our two spaces will be on the right. They are marked with black and white “California Bank of Commerce” signs on the wall. In addition, you can park in any non-reserved spot in the garage (upper 8 floors) or there is additional general building Visitor parking on level B1 and B2 (two floors below lower level).

To exit the garage, walk through the elevator lobby and out into the courtyard. The building is to the right of the courtyard!
