Thomas R. Morehouse,
a resident of Orinda, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Morehouse serves as Chairman of the Bank's Compensation Committee.Mr. Morehouse is a retired business owner who currently invests in start-up companies. In 1987 Mr. Morehouse established and served as president of Filesafe Inc., a business records company based in San Francisco. In 1992 he acquired Versatrac, a bar code file tracking system company which he sold in 1995. Also in 1992 he started SourceFile LLC, a source code escrow company that was sold in 2001.
