Stuart J. Kahn,

a resident of Orinda, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Kahn serves as the Chairman of the Loan Committee. Mr. Kahn is the President of United Growth companies, a commercial real estate developer, where he manages the development and entitlement process for commercial real estate properties under development in the United States. He also serves as the President of Orinda Global Investments, Inc., which partners with United Growth commercial real estate throughout the country to serve a group of national tenants.

Mr. Kahn also owns Bay Business Centers, which provides office space and strategic support services from eleven Bay Area locations. Mr. Kahn also serves as the Vice President of WCI, Inc., a company that was created to participate with Lennar, Inc. as the co-community developer in the construction of single family homes in the Hunters Point residential project in San Francisco. Mr. Kahn served as a director of Summit Bank in Oakland, California from 1998 to 2006.
