Executive Officers
Steven E. Shelton, Executive Vice President,
a resident of Lafayette, California, serves as a member of the Bank's executive management team. He has 24 years of commercial banking experience in the Bay Area.Past experiences include 13 years of service with CivicBank of Commerce, and its acquisition successor, City National Bank, in various management and administrative posts. His final position with CivicBank of Commerce was President, a position he occupied prior to and through the banks acquisition. Most recently, Mr. Shelton served Scott Valley Bank for four years as an Executive Vice President, with responsibilities for establishing the bank's Bay Area commercial banking presence, centered in Oakland. Other past experiences include Corporate Banking Officer positions with Bank of America and Sanwa Bank.
