Stephen A. Cortese,
a resident of Orinda, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Cortese has been with Cortese Investment Company since 1988 and currently serves as the company's Managing Partner. Cortese Investment Company is involved in the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate, and investments in public and private equities.
