Stephen R. Dathe,
a resident of Orinda, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Dathe is the Vice President and General Manager of A & B Die Casting Company and the Vice President and part owner of Benda Tool and Model Works, Inc. He joined the companies in 1984 after receiving a B.S. in Engineering Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. The companies manufacture highly engineered die cast aluminum components and assemblies for the telecommunications, test and measurement, medical device, automotive and wireless infrastructure industries. Mr. Dathe also serves on the Boards of Directors of both companies.
