Rochelle G. Klein,
a resident of Lafayette, California, is a director of the Bank. Ms. Klein serves as the Chairperson of the Investment Committee.After earning a BA in Economics from Stanford University and a JD - MBA from UCLA, Ms. Klein had a 15 year career at Goldman Sachs & Co., where she served as a Vice President in the Fixed Income Currency & Commodities Division in both the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. Ms. Klein specialized in mortgage backed securities and worked with financial institutions on their mortgage investment portfolios. She retired from Goldman Sachs in 2002 in order to spend more time with her family. She is currently affiliated with Ocean Gate Capital Management, based in San Francisco, as an advisory director.
