Randall D. Greenfield, Chief Financial Officer,

is a member of the Bank's Executive Management Committee, and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Greenfield has over 30 years of financial management and commercial banking experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Diablo Valley Bank in Danville, which was acquired by San Jose based Heritage Bank in 2007.

Prior to that, Mr. Greenfield was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a founding Executive Officer of Bay Bank of Commerce in San Leandro, and subsequently the Chief Financial Officer of Bay Commercial Services, the Bank Holding Company for the bank. After its acquisition by Greater Bay Bancorp in 1999, Greenfield worked for the Finance Division of Greater Bay providing financial, accounting and credit analysis support for this $7 billion multi-bank holding company.

Mr. Greenfield was also the senior financial officer at Centennial Bank in Hayward and earlier trained as an auditor for the San Leandro based First State Bank of Northern California. Previously he also worked as an accountant at the San Francisco Law Firm of Petit, Evers & Martin and in Oakland at Swift & Co.

Mr. Greenfield additionally served as San Francisco Chapter Director and President of the Bank Administration Institute, a bank educational service organization, and was a Director and Treasurer of the San Leandro Boys and Girls Club for many years.

Mr. Greenfield is a graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. degree in Anthropology.
