Peter W. Branagh,
a resident of Lafayette, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Branagh has 25 years experience in real estate development. In 1981 he joined Branagh Inc., an Oakland-based general construction company founded by his grandfather. In 1986, he founded Branagh Development, Inc., a subsidiary company based in Danville. Mr. Branagh serves as the President of the company.
