Kevin J. Cullen,
a resident of Lafayette, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Cullen is the Chief Financial Officer and part-owner of MDC Vacuum Products, LLC in Hayward, California, a company that manufactures vacuum components for the semiconductor and medical industries. Mr. Cullen also owns two construction companies in Northern California, Vitton Construction and RCM Construction Associates. Prior to joining MDC, Mr. Cullen was employed by Bank of America, NT&SA from 1990 to 1998, where he served as Vice President Commercial Loan Officer in the San Francisco and Oakland offices.
