John H. Sears,
a resident of Lafayette, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Sears is a retired attorney, most recently employed by Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton where he served as Special Counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. Mr. Sears' practice emphasized real estate and banking law.Mr. Sears' prior banking/bank directorship experience includes serving as a member of the board of directors of Sierra National Bank from 1970 to 1972.
