Edmond E. Traille,
a resident of Moraga, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Traille serves as the Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee.Mr. Traille is a CPA with 34 years of accounting experience. He was a founding partner and is the managing partner of S. J. Gallina & Co., LLP, a Walnut Creek-based CPA firm that was founded in 1972. Mr. Traille provides accounting and tax consulting services.
Mr. Traille has been licensed as a certified public accountant since 1973. His past and current professional activities include serving as a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
