Bradley S. Kisner,
a resident of Lafayette, California, is a director of the Bank. Mr. Kisner serves as the President and a member of the board of directors of Triangle Digital INX Co., an Illinois-based manufacturer of outdoor durable digital inks and inkjet products. Mr. Kisner originally joined the San Leandro, California-based Triangle Coatings, Inc. in August 1988 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and as a member of the company's board of directors. From January 2002 to February 2006, Mr. Kisner served as the Managing Member of the company. Mr. Kisner has served as the President of the company since February 2006.
